Engaging in physical activity has numerous mental health benefits and movement is especially beneficial to healing trauma within the body. What to expect We’ll meet at an agreed upon location, either a park or nature preserve at the time of our scheduled session and begin walking. There will be scheduled breaks at which time we’ll practice deep breathing and guided gentle restorative stretches.
