Hi there and welcome I’m Alysia that’s me, sippin’ some tea ————————————->

There’s a good chance you’re here because you want to know more about me before deciding to work together. I get it, and I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is that you feel good about and comfortable with your therapist. Talking to someone can be hard enough, so finding someone you click with is soooo important! Here’s a little about me :)

I’m a mom of three, military spouse, veteran, lover of tea, animals, and yoga. I knew I wanted to get into the field of mental health while I was still serving in the military and I developed a passion for working with folks dealing with trauma. The more I learned on my own healing journey, the more I knew how necessary it is to heal trauma.

Unhealed trauma can affect our sense of self, relationships with others, health, and our over all well-being. Healing whether from unhealthy relationships, childhood trauma, or pandemic burnout involves every part of the self. Whether you’re experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem I’m here to help guide you through.
